Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Color Sort Pop mobile game ("the App") handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed the App to work without accounts and to collect as little data as possible.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not require or offer user accounts.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
- Your game progress (levels, coins, settings, unlocked items) is stored only on your device.
2. Information Handled Automatically
The App handles a limited amount of technical information for the purposes described below:
- Anonymous analytics events. The App generates a random identifier (not linked to your identity) and sends basic gameplay events (first launch, app open, level milestones, purchases) to our server. We share these events with Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- Advertising. The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device information and, only if you grant the App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) to show more relevant ads. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Version check. On launch the App fetches a small configuration file from our server to check whether an update is required. No personal data is sent with this request.
- Notifications. Daily reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device and are not sent through any server.

- You can decline ad tracking in the iOS permission dialog, or change it any time in iOS Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.
- You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can remove all locally stored game data by deleting the App.
5. Data Deletion
How to delete your data:
1. Delete the App from your device. This removes all game progress and the random analytics identifier stored on the device.
2. If you would also like the anonymous analytics events associated with your device removed from our server, email us at info@kasoft.com.tr with the subject "Data Deletion". Because the identifier is random and not linked to your identity, please send your request from the device if possible so we can assist.
6. Children
The App is a general audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address, with the effective date shown above.
